LA Beauty Show, a concept event in Los Angeles aims to transform the well-known place into a product environment complete with Instagram museum moments, demos, entertainment and master classes by leaders in the beauty space.

Show Promo Video Storyboard

Montserrat font give a contemporary feel while still being practical. Lora, a well-balanced contemporary serif with roots in calligraphy, is as a logo font. This contrast, curvy yet sharp, conveys an elegant look.

Alone Together ─ People in New York are physically very close to each other, but not so much in some sense. Most people on the subway were always on their phones. The Truth and The Lies ─ A book design about Christian Faith. I explored with two contrasting colors and the font and its layout. All printing and binding are made by hand. Ruled to flip vertically each time to continue where the reader left off. The Truth content is excerpted from The Gospel of John and the Lies is from The Screwtape Letters by C.S. Lewis.
